Teaching personnel are seeking to recruit experienced **Teaching Assistants** and **SEN Teaching Assistants** to work closely with pupils in schools based in the **South Ockendon area**.We are eager to find passionate Teaching Assistants who have children’s development at the forefront of their minds. The roles we are recruiting for are full time with a view to go permanent. As a teaching assistant youwill be working closely with pupils with and without SEN needs on a 1:1 basis. You will be required to help with reading and writing, delivering interventions, helping the children with the social needs and overall motivating the children.

You must be able to easily adapt to situations, be attentive and communicate effectively within your teaching team in order to maintain the high level of standards expected. Teaching assistants with experience with SEN or working with children with any additionalneeds are desired.

**_You will be required to: _**
- Work on a 1:1 basis with pupils
- Have experience with SEN needs
- Participate and lead interventions
Have experience working with children either in a care setting or education
- Have a UK residency
- Have good access to transport either public transport or your own vehicle
