Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting **Behaviour Mentors and Specialist SEN TA’s** to work in a school based in the **South Ockendon area**. The school is an “Outstanding” school with a special SEN unit on site. The role will be working closely with pupils with **additional needs and challenging behaviour,** helping pupils with their reading, and writing skills as well as their behaviour. An enthusiastic, motivated, and resilient approach to this role is ideal.

- Have experience working with children and people with additional needs
- Be comfortable working 1:1 with SEN pupils + challenging behaviour
- Have a background either in: sports, health care, education or social services
