**The Role**

Our Montgomery (Duffle Coat) division requires a hands-on warehouse and stock supervisor to carry out warehouse functions, stock management and any other job-related duties which may be requested from time to by the Finance & Operations Director.

When appropriate, and in times of excess workload, you may be required to assist other Departments/ Divisions within the Bollin Group Companies. For example, sickness/ holiday cover.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Updating computer records - booking in stock/stock adjustments, setting up new products, etc.
- Processing and posting of stock invoices for payment within prescribed limits and communicating and resolving any discrepancies.
- Conducting stock takes and Investigating stock variances and reporting findings to the Finance and Operations Director

Goods In - Checking in stock and putting away, processing receipt of stock onto the computer system.
- Goods Out - checking, picking and packing, and despatching of orders including generating all relevant documentation, including commercial invoices for exports.
- Receiving returned goods - checking in stock, cleaning and repackaging if required, and putting away, processing the relevant paperwork to allow customer services to process any credit notes.
- Ordering stock and consumables from allocated suppliers based on usage levels and forecasts.
- Progressing supplier orders to delivery date, communicating results and reporting problems that arise to the Finance and Operations Director. Responsibility for typing correspondence, filing and maintenance of records related to suppliers.
- Continually seek and offer improvements in any areas of the business.
- Ensure the Warehouse is a safe, comfortable environment on a daily basis for all staff.
- Managing workload and liaising with the Finance and Operations Director to ensure sufficient staffing during busy periods.
- To take responsibility for contributing to own training and development.

**Key Skills and Attributes**
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience in a comparable business structure
- Have excellent communication skills
- A proven ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Advanced Excel skills
- GCSE or equivalent in Math’s and English
- Self-motivated and highly organised

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per hour
