We have an excellent career opportunity for the role of **Support Worker** to join our team here at **iBC Healthcare** within our Residential Home at Orchard Court based in **Leicester.**

**Contract**: Full-Time roles on Days.

**Hours**:36 hours a week

**Pay**: £9.50 an hour

Please note we can hire walkers or drivers for this role.

**The location**:
Orchard Court is a Residential home for adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities and behaviours that challenge (mild).

No experience required but some understanding of care would be ideal.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Supporting young adults and adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, complex needs and challenging behaviour within a supported living environment
- Providing high standards of care and support for service users, in line with care and support plans, compliance with CQC regulations and the care & support policies and procedures
- Identifying needs and preferences for each individual and providing personal care
- Encourage good community relationships by promoting a variety of activities
- Accurately report, record and maintain records as required and working to care plans
- Be a kind, empathetic and people person who works well in a team.
