Walsall West One PCN has a full-time vacancy for a Paramedic. We are a dynamic Primary Care Network of six passionate General Practices within the West of Walsall. We have a dedicated, enthusiastic team of health care professional comprising of different skills, and specialities including Physiotherapists, Paramedics, a Pharmacist Technician, Social Prescribers and a Health Well-Being Coach.
The postholder will be a high performing Paramedic, providing clinical assessment and treatment skills for patients presenting with, undiagnosed problems relating to minor illness or injury, abdominal pains, chest pains and headaches and any other conditions that they are competent to assess.
This job is suitable for individuals who are career driven and have a passion for working in an agile manner, implementing solutions, delivering key organisational priorities and who are committed to make real changes to the health care services provided within Primary Care to improve patient care.
The job is not suitable to people who are not resilient to working in a fast-paced environment, working flexibly in line with ever changing demands in Primary Care and the wider NHS.
