The successful candidate will work as an autonomous practitioner working independentlyand with other health care professionals to assess, diagnose and treat patientswith a range of acute, non-acute and chronic medical conditions, initiatingtreatment as appropriate. The post includes working within the Walsallpractices.The post will work with all the 5 clusters of GP surgeries known as PrimaryCare Networks across the North, East, South or West of Walsall. The post willbe based at and provide the service from the GP surgeries, with somerequirement to attend team meetings and training at OurNets Head Office,located in Bloxwich, as well as training at other local or regional venues asnecessary.ACPs:Candidates will have a masters degree. Is working at a masters levelaware or equivalent that encompasses the four pillars of clinical practice,leadership and management, education and research, with demonstration of corecapabilities and area specific clinical competencies.
