Soulspace Experiences Ltd is a family run company operating from The Boathouse, Guildford. It comprises a members co-working space with meeting rooms and event spaces and The Boathouse Café, a riverside restaurant.

We are seeking an experienced part-time bookkeeper (15 hours per week) to work from our offices in Guildford. Reporting to the Accounts Manager, the role will be responsible for ensuring accurate recording of all company financial transactions.

**Main duties include**:
All aspects of sales and purchase ledger.

Processing weekly and monthly payroll.

VAT returns.

Reconciliation of bank accounts.

Credit Control.

Ad hoc administrative duties.

**Requirements**:
Minimum 5 years bookkeeping experience

Recognised bookkeeping qualification (desirable)

Payroll experience

High degree of confidentiality

Strong IT skills; proficient in Xero and Excel; comfortable with learning new IT systems

Lives within commuting distance of Guildford;
