Key Responsibilities: · Maintain and update financial records · Reconcile bank and credit card statements · Process invoices and payments · Prepare monthly financial reports · Assist with budgeting and forecasting · The preparation of Sales & Reporting · Supporting with Forecasting & Data Analysis and reconciliation of reports Skills & Qualifications: · 2+ years of bookkeeping experience. Proficiency in [e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Excel]· Strong knowledge of finance principles and compliance regulations. · Excellent organizational and analytical skills. · Excellent communication skills · Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. · Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Preferred Experience: · Previous experience in bookkeeping, compliance, or audit support. · Experience in sales data analysis and forecasting.
