Mortgage Administrator

We at the Mortgage Hub are looking for a keen individual to join our growing organisation. We aim to fulfil customers requirements for all property, finance and insurance needs as well as keep in touch with aftercare services.
This role is solely office based in our Hamilton office. This role is for someone with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail when carrying out all administrative duties. The individual will need the ability to work independently and part of a team in equal measures and have the confidence to deal solely with lenders, insurers, advisers and clients
**Main Responsibilities**
- Chase solicitors to point of remortgage completion or clients getting their keys
- Have the ability to investigate and problem solve
- Adhoc support for all sections of Hub group
**Skill Requirements**:
**Essential**:
- Competent with operation of all Microsoft Office systems - including excel, word and database
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to undertake additional tasks and training as required (flexability for overtime as and when required)
- Experience in dealing with members of the public
- A minimum of 2 years mortgage administration experience.
- Ability to resolve problems quickly & efficiently.
- Outstanding communication skills at all levels, both written and oral.
- Demonstrate a confident telephone manner & excellent customer service.
- A team player with ability to use own initiative.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £20000-£25000 depending on experience
**Schedule**:
Monday, Tuesday, Friday 9am - 5pm
Wednesday 8am - 5pm
Thursday 9am - 6pm
Saturdays are rotated (currently 1 in 4 would be required)
**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
