**Hub Financial** are seeking a full time experienced **Mortgage Administrator **to join a very busy mortgage and protection business operating from our office in Hamilton.

We are ideally looking for a minimum 1 years mortgage administration experience in the mortgage/property market.

**This role is office based**

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide support to our Sales Managers & Mortgage Advisers
- General reception
- Obtaining client information
- Assisting clients source a property
- Dealing with incoming and making outbound calls to clients, lenders, solicitors etc. Must be professional and confident over the phone.
- Dealing with client documents in accordance with Data Protection rules

**Skills & Experience Required**:

- A minimum of 1 years mortgage administration experience.
- Ability to resolve problems quickly & efficiently.
- Outstanding communication skills at all levels, both written and oral.
- Demonstrate a confident telephone manner & excellent customer service.
- A team player with ability to use own initiative.

**Schedule**:
Monday, Tuesday, Friday 9am - 5pm

Wednesday 8am - 5pm

Thursday 9am - 6pm

Saturdays are rotated (currently 1 in 4 would be required)

Pay: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
