Guest Service Executive

Portico have a fantastic opportunity for a brilliant Guest Services Executive to join our Front of House team based at Magic Circle Law Firm.
The Guest Services Executive will work across all areas of the Guest Services Team helping support both reception and meetings & events functions, as well as being key point of contact for various onsite projects and initiatives.
The role of Guest Service Executive is a multi-faceted role meaning no day will be the same as it will be dictated by the needs of the business on a day to day basis.
Previous experience within a customer facing role is essential.
Experience in corporate reception and events is desirable, as well as exposure to a law firm environment.
Shift pattern: 40 hour per week, Monday to Friday, shifts between 7:30am to 8pm
**Salary**: £30,000
