**We have a great new job opportunity for a part time PA / EA (ideally German, Dutch or French speaking) to join an international and top performing recruitment consultancy, supporting both the group CEO and Chairman on a part time basis.**

**LOCATION**
100% office based, 3 days a week (part time hours) - office is in Central London office (City)
**LANGUAGES**
Fluent English is essential. Fluent also in either German, French or Dutch is an advantage but not essential
**SALARY**
£35,000 pro rata, so a salary of £21,000 for a 3 day week
**THE COMPANY**
Our client is a hugely successful recruitment agency, working in niche business markets (such as Technology, Life Sciences & Pharma, Oil & Gas and Telecoms) across Europe. They have developed fantastic, long term business relationships with global organisations,proving to them an excellent recruitment service that has created strong business relationships over many years.
**THE ROLE**
In order to support both the group CEO and Chairman/Business Owner, they wish to recruit, on a part time basis (3 days a week), a PA/EA (ideally German, French or Dutch speaking).

Your job will typically cover the following duties and responsibilities:

- Project management of all company incentives on a monthly and annual basis
- Regular communication to the group offices across Europe on a variety of administrative issues
- Travel arrangement, hotel booking and conference organisation for internal staff
- Producing reports for senior management, using Powerpoint and Excel
- Booking monthly meeting with UK clients
- Taking management meeting notes and minutes
- Be responsible for ISO9001 audit and documentation
- Other duties and requests as required by the CEO and Chairman

**CANDIDATE SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**
- Fluent English is essential. Fluency also in either German, French or Dutch (or any other language) is an advantage but not essential
- Previous PA / EA experience
- Educated to university level
- Excellent analytical skills, also skills with Powerpoint and Excel
- Have a cultural awareness of European business markets and methods

**SALARY AND BENEFITS**
£35,000 pro rata for a 3 day week (so you will receive £21,000 for 3 days per week). Good benefits (25 days holiday, healthcare and excellent company events).
