PART TIME Office Manager/Assistant - £25,000 (for 3 days) TO START ASAP in MAYFAIR/KENSINGTON AREA

I am working with a great SME Fintech company (with a big personality) to find them a brilliant PA/All-rounder to 'take charge and make a difference', this is a newly created role. The team (circa 12 people) are all mega busy so looking for someone withgreat energy (and confidence) to come on board and take charge of 'all things admin, office management' as well as being a brilliant PA to the CEO and COO.

Duties will include:

- PA duties - diary, travel etc
- Admin support for Operations team
- Assisting with organisation of client events
- Organise fun and original team socials
- General admin and expenses etc
- Some KYC work (due diligence) for new clients
- Keeping kitchen stocked with supplies
- Meet and greet guests and ensure receive 5-star treatment
- 9am-5pm, ideally Monday, Tuesday and Thursday

This would suit someone who would like a busy varied role where you will really add value and will be massively appreciated. Flexibility given if needed.
