**Job description**

Following our recent refurbishment, we are actively seeking to recruit a **Wedding Coordinator**to join our team.

This is a really exciting role working with a beautiful product The **Wedding Coordinator** will process in a timely manner all aspects of wedding administration from enquiry to completion to include: responding to enquiries, sending out collateral, following up calls to ensure brochures have been received, sending out quotes, arranging and managing show rounds, contracting, chasing deposits, completing final details, completing function sheets, liaising with reservations on the rooming lists, handing over to the operations team, liaising with suppliers, raising purchase orders, receiving and processing feedback.

The **Wedding Coordinator**will also be responsible for:

- All new wedding enquiries and ensuring the administration of weddings is maintained to a high standard: to include management of collateral, reception show rounds, mystery shopper standards, wedding folders up to date and accounting information processed correctly
- Organising Wedding Open Events and attending offsite Wedding Fairs
- Issuing contracts
- Accurately using Guestline (and ResDiary if required) for all bookings
- Producing revenue reports, budget and forecasting administration
- Building and maintaining a good rapport with suppliers when booking external items
- Maintain seamless booking process for all wedding guests ensuring the correct and highest of standards of service are delivered as expected from the hotel
- Coordinate all clients’ needs prior to arrival at the hotel

Our ideal **Wedding Coordinator**will:

- Be confident with a positive approach to work
- Possess outstanding guest liaison skills and be able to forge strong and professional working relationships with new people
- Have excellent administration skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Have ability to work well under pressure with a professional manner
- Proven high levels of written and spoken English
- Be able to demonstrate organisational skills, interpersonal communication, team player and able to work on own initiative
- Relevant hotel/hospitality experience
- Experience from within a sales environment is a benefit however not essential
- Immaculate personal presentation

**Salary**: £30.000.00 per year

Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
