Receptionist / PA / Support Advisor
Receptionist Duties:
- Answering phone calls for both Alevere patients and S.K.H Beauty clients
- Schedule appointments in for patients and S.K.H Beauty clients
- Manage room rentals - know which room rental is in on which days and attend to any requests or
queries
- Invoice room rentals monthly/weekly
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable as well as the treatment rooms
- Print any required documents
Alevere (weight loss clinic) Specific Duties:
- Greet and attend to patients in person and over the phone
- Maintain business inventory such as checking supplies
- Perform body composition analysis using Inbody machine
- Ensure patient blood test appointments are scheduled every 4 weeks
- Ensure patient program payments are up to date
- Take cash and card payments from patients/beauty clients
Liase with the Alevere Support Advisor team; asking and answering questions in regards to patients
- Liase with Alevere Orders team; finding out expected delivery dates of patient orders etc
- Send weekly Food and Treatment Invoices to the Alevere Team
- Conduct Pre-Therapy Assessments, explaining the program, payments, obtaining inbody results
(includes weight and muscle proportions), providing a blood form and taking the patients blood
pressure.
- check if patient bloods are up to date, check patient consultation notes to check they are able to begin
on the program.
- request a change in user roles for new patients
- schedule in Doctor Support calls if patients have any medical concerns
