**About the Role**

We are looking for a **reliable and detail-oriented Airbnb Co-Host** to help manage and maintain our busy short-term rental property. This role involves cleaning, guest communication, managing bookings, and ensuring an exceptional experience for every guest.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Guest Communication & Booking Management**
- Respond to guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Manage bookings and coordinate check-in/check-out schedules.
- Address guest concerns and provide excellent customer service.

**Guest Check-Ins & Check-Outs**
- Welcome guests upon arrival and provide property walkthroughs.
- Ensure a smooth self-check-in process when applicable.
- Perform key exchanges and digital access management.

**Cleaning & Property Maintenance**
- Thoroughly clean and prepare the property between guest stays.
- Restock essential supplies (toiletries, linens, etc.).
- Report and coordinate minor maintenance issues with service providers.

**Quality Control & Presentation**
- Ensure the property meets Airbnb’s cleanliness and hospitality standards.
- Arrange and stage the space for a welcoming guest experience.
- Monitor reviews and suggest improvements to enhance guest satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in hospitality, property management, or cleaning preferred.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Have a car to commute back and forth from property
- Strong communication skills and ability to respond to guests promptly.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- A friendly disposition with a genuine desire to help others and provide exceptional guest experiences.
