**Host/Hostess**

**Location**: Bedford Street, Belfast, BT2 7EP
**Hours**: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (8-hour shifts)
**Salary**: £13.50 per hour

Are you a friendly and organized individual with a passion for providing exceptional service? Join our team as a Host/Hostess and play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for colleagues and guests

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct daily and monthly checklists to ensure the quality of workspaces and enhance tracking.
- Greet colleagues and guests warmly, ensuring their needs are met with a fun, friendly, and professional attitude.
- Maintain a clean, presentable, and safe office environment, monitoring for quality control issues.
- Handle guest and colleague inquiries promptly and politely.
- Provide first-line technical support, including reboots and connection inspections, while following the handoff process for unresolved issues.
- Monitor meeting room bookings and usage, ensuring all AV/IT equipment is functional and demonstrating its use as needed.
- Conduct floor walks to check the cleanliness of meeting rooms and assist with set-up and clear down.
- Organize and coordinate surprise events in the Home Kitchen areas to enhance colleague experience.
- Develop relationships with colleagues to understand their needs and recommend relevant services.
- Capture individual preferences for future visits and creatively accommodate special requests.
- Collaborate with the Workplace team and assist other service groups to foster a unified team ethos.
- Assist in arranging and delivering hospitality for meetings and events in collaboration with the Food Services team.
- Support service management during peak times in key food retail areas.
- Facilitate tours of the campus for new employees and visitors, sharing engaging facts with a positive demeanor.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
