We are looking to add an experienced Claims Analyst (Fraud Investigator) to our team.

**About the role**:
Protecting the company from financial loss our Fraud Investigator need a sound judgment as well as an objective and tenacious approach to problem-solving. Communicating to customers ensuring that we have all the correct information is critical in this role and so excellent communication skills are needed (written and verbal).
You will be working towards deadlines and will need to ensure that daily service levels are met and that you are able to submit data as required for trend analysis, as well as:
- Making a judgment on how a claim is progressed and if it is genuine.
- Ensure customers are not affected by any fraud triggers and have their claim validated in a timely manner.
- Conducting Interviews with customers.
- Adhering to the consumer credit, Financial Conduct Authority and Data protection act.
- Respecting the value of information by following Likewize's data protection / information security policies and procedures.
To deliver the above you need to display a strong customer focus and team working skills, whilst adhering to internal and external customer satisfaction values. You will be organised and have strong attention to detail, as well as:
- Proven ability to build, develop and maintain good relationships with internal and external customers.
- Investigative and Interview skills.
- Experience of working in a similar role.
- The ability to make an informed decision on behalf of the business.
- Contact Centre Experience (1 year) - required.
- Fraud Investigator Experience (1 year) - desired.
- Experience using Fraud Prevention Technologies (SIRA, CIFAS, etc.) - desired.
