You will be responsible for the maintenance of estate, building and grounds, and the delivery of new site development to the agreed acquisition and organic growth.
You will deliver a scheduled maintenance and refurbishment program in line with agreed budgets, and on time.
You will ensure that all development work will be done to the highest standard and be fully compliant with all Health & Safety regulations.
Reporting directly in the group CEO, this a senior leadership role that requires excellent communication skills across numerous stakeholders.
There is considerable growth planned across the portfolio of services and this position will be instrumental in delivering the high spec accommodation required to support this.

Our Client is a passionate provider of high-quality care for adults with Learning Disabilities over a mix of residential and supported living services.
With over 50 locations already across Yorkshire and the North East, they look to embark on an exciting expansion plan that will see them grow considerably in size.
**What you will bring to the role**:

- Considerable experience in an Estates management position previously
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to switch seamlessly between different stakeholders
- A passion for the sector and a desire to contribute significantly to a company making a huge impact on the lives of others.
- An up to date and comprehensive knowledge of building and health & safety regulations
- A track record of overseeing capital projects and a successful maintenance/repair programme.
