CK Group are recruiting for a Drug Safety Specialist to join a global pharmaceutical company, based in the Uxbridge on a contract basis for 12 months. This is a hybrid role working 50% on site and 50% remotely.

**Location**:
Uxbridge. This is the commercial head office for UK & Ireland. It includes Clinical Operation, Health Economics, Pharmacovigilance and Regulatory Affairs amongst other functions.

**Drug Safety Specialist Role**:

- Perform tracking and quality check of self-audit and order form data, prepare and analyze the data for report submission to the MHRA and HPRA.
- Support the preparation of and review processes and update documentation including SOPs/WPs and associated documents.
- Work closely with the Global Drug Safety and Risk Management team to fulfil any requests including follow-up queries.
- Work closely with the Senior Drug Safety and Risk Management Specialist and Head of Drug Safety and Risk Management
- Maintain current awareness of local and global safety regulations and support the review of local legislation and guidance published by the MHRA and HPRA on a monthly basis and complete an impact analysis if required.

**Your Background**:

- Scientific/Pharmacy degree or equivalent
- Previous relevant experience within a Pharmaceutical company or CRO
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to follow Standard Operating Procedures
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
