We are a leading UK events, experiences and prop building crew based in Stourport-on-Severn. We have been in the business for nine years now so get ready for cake, party hats and full-on big birthday celebrations in 2025

We work all over the UK to install, deliver and de-rig some of the most awesome things you ever did see and all with one big mission: to make people happy It can sometimes be crazy busy, super creative, collaborative all round and we have the best team that make all of the magic happen.

**Enough about us, here is what you’ll be up to**:
Moo & Goo are super busy all year round. We do the most amazing events, curate out-of-this-world experiences and build props with all the pizazz, but what we aren’t the best at is promoting all the fabulous things we do and all the new-to-market events we can deliver. This is where you will come in

Our brand new Marketing Executive will be our biggest fan Shouting about our events, building our brand awareness and driving all the client engagement. You will work closely with the team to create and implement marketing strategies that connect with our audience, promote our services, and show off all that we do.

**What your responsibilities will be**:

- Creating the Moo & Goo 2025 marketing strategy
- Developing and delivering some juicy Marketing campaigns: Plan and implement multi-channel marketing programmes to promote our events and services.
- Social Media Management: Create, manage and evaluate all the engaging content across our social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Tiktok.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and report on the performance of marketing activities to measure campaign success.
- All the awards: Lead on an awards entry schedule for 2025 so Moo & Goo and our lovely clients can get all the recognition for all the wonderful stuff we do together.
- Identify networking/industry EXPO opportunities for the whole team and help the business outreach to new clients and into new markets
- Brand Management: Ensure all marketing materials and creds align with our brand identity and look blooming marvellous.
- Client Engagement: Support with client needs where required and assisting with ad hoc pitch decks, proposals, and client care initiatives.
- Partnerships and collaborations: Identify potential brand partnerships and opportunities that align with our big business goals.

**The skill set we’d love you to possess**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Some experience being brilliant in a marketing role, preferably within the events, entertainment, or hospitality industry but this isn’t a must-have
- A top notch understanding of social media marketing, content creation, and digital marketing strategies.
- A real go-getter This is a brand new role so you can really make your mark
- You are an exceptional communicator and will build super relationships within our team, with our clients and suppliers.
- All the C’s Confident, creative and kooky (OK this one starts with a K but we love a bit of alliteration at Moo & Goo and it sounded too good)
- You are pretty awesome with marketing tools such as Mailchimp, Canva and Google Analytics.
- A multi-tasker, able to juggle all the plates at key crucial busy times
- A proper passion for exceptional events and a desire to help us scale the business in 2025
- Has an infectious energy to bring to our very cool crew that will welcome you with big open arms (and tea and biscuits of course)

Pay: £28,000.00 per year
