High levels of customer service and quality are important to us so we’d be keen to speak to someone who hasprevious Customer Service experience or has worked within a Customer Service environment ideally.

**Key tasks**:

- Negotiating offers and contracts
- Holding telephone interviews
- Arranging interviews
- Outbound phone calling
- Attending Defence and Recruitment events
- Networking on LinkedIn and social media
- Manage and develop the Datasource Database
- Support the Account Managers and Key Account Manager in everything that they do

**Expected earnings £26,000 per annum**

**Head Office: Cheltenham**
- **Hybrid working 3 days at home 2 days in the office after 6 the week training period.**

**Parking is provided if you drive into the office.**
