**About the role**:
Our program is designed to provide individuals interested in becoming a teaching assistant with the skills, knowledge, and experience needed to succeed. We understand that many people may find it difficult to break into the field due to a lack of experience, which is why we offer 5 days paid work experience in a school as part of the program. This experience will provide you with an opportunity to learn, develop your skills and confidence, and network with professionals in the industry.

**About the school**:
Following your work experience, you can decide if you want to work on a supply, long-term, or permanent basis. With our close relationships with a range of client schools across the UK, we have a variety of roles available to suit your preferences and goals.

**Requirements**:
To be considered for the role of National Teaching Assistant Program you will:

- Passion for working with children and young people
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Experience working with children or young people (desired but not essential)

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
