**A look into the role**

As an Agile Talent Recruiter within our team, you will:

- Work strategically alongside the business leads to help with Resourcing plans
- Help the business understand the processes behind recruiting contractors
- Use tools such as Linkedin to headhunt the very best contractors in the market
- Manage our agency relationships

**Knowing you’re right for us**

Joining us as an Agile Talent Recruiter, the **minimum criteria **you’ll need is experience of recruiting ideally in a professional services environment. It would be great if you had some of the following skills, but don’t worry if you don’t tick everybox, we’ll help you develop along the way.
- Headhunting of Contractors or Interims
- Experience in Professional or Financial services recruitment
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Understanding of the contractor market and the fast-moving environment associated with this
- Strong in quality
