As a Senior Digital Merchandisers you'll play a vital role in driving growth and shaping the customer journey online. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our mission to become the market leader in the tyres category.

**Reporting to the Digital Merchandising Manager - Tyres, you will be responsible for**:

- Driving the ambition and growth of the tyres category online to support Halfords Group in becoming the market leader.
- Conducting merchandising activities, ensuring accurate product information, images, and content for all tyre products and services.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize customer journeys, focusing on increasing bookings, attachment rate, availability, and providing help and advice for a great customer experience.
- Attending category meetings to discuss tyre performance, sales, and targets with the Tyres Category team.
- Working closely with the product and supporting teams to optimize the parts support database and PACE booking system, ensuring optimal slot availability for garages.
- Supporting the end-to-end process of acquisitions and onboarding new centres and vans, optimizing the customer journey and increasing awareness and bookings.
- Contributing ideas for product improvements and enhancements, considering the customer journey and user experience.
- Collaborating with Ecommerce, Digital & Customer, and Marketing teams to ensure timely delivery of online product updates with supporting content.
- Organizing and implementing sales and promotional events, re-merchandising the site as required.
- Analysing commercial and web metrics to make recommendations for increasing tyre bookings and improving product attachment, while providing competitor analysis and insights.
- Working closely with the Customer Contact team to understand customer feedback and implement necessary changes.
- Supporting training needs, toolkits, and best practice standards/guidelines within the digital merchandising team.
