**Duties**:

- Manage phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Assist in maintaining office supplies and equipment
- Ensuring residents files are maintained correctly
- Amend staff rota alongside Home Manager
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is essential
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with office procedures and equipment
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.50 per hour
