Kong Climbing Ltd has been manufacturing and installing climbing walls and adventure structures in the UK for the last 27 years. As part of our expansion, we are looking for a passionate and dynamic individual to fill the role of Business & Sales Support Administrator. The role is based in our office in Threlkeld CA12 4TT.

**Responsibilities and Duties**

We are seeking a highly organized, and proactive individual to provide support to sales and projects. You will be required to take swift action on any number of tasks to ensure the deliverables are met. The role requires you to be adaptable and flexible to aid in any of the multiple facets of the business with a keen eye for detail. Organisational skills and teamwork are essential to ensure you can multi task and balance priorities. You may be required to help on wider business topics where the requirement arises.
- Respond to general enquiries
- Aid with climbing wall & hold enquiries / sales
- Process sales orders and prepare items for shipping
- Maintain and update CRM files and records

**Desired Qualifications, Skills & Experience**
- Experience in an administrative or business support role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word & Excel
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with e-commerce operations
