**Position Purpose**:
To assist in the daily operation of the stock at all levels within the District with a particular emphasis on the reception, storage and transfer of the stock in accordance with District requirements.

**Key Job Activities**:
Organize stock in warehouse.

Maintain adequate stock levels.

The loading and unloading of stock deliveries.

Communicate with other sites for their requirements.

Deliveries of stock to customers sites.

Maintain adequate paperwork records.

Assist with other warehouse duties as required including housekeeping.

**Education**:
Required Education: High School or equivalent.

Preferred Education: Associate's or equivalent.

**Experience (EMEAA)**:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated, reliable and enthusiastic.

Team player and motivator.

A moderate understanding of IS systems and an ability to fill in with certain administration tasks where required.

A functional knowledge of Microsoft’s Office suite is helpful but not essential to help maintain communication between sites and departments.

A flexibility to fill in with other tasks around the site.

**Certifications and/or Licenses**:

- Drivers Licence
- Forklift Driver Certification
