**Job Purpose**
The job holder will ensure all creative meets the agreed brand design brief, business objectives and project KPI’s, in a timely manner and within budget. Graphic Designer will also complete artworker duties to complete projects.

Key Responsibilities*
- To design and create any internal or external artwork briefed, this can range from social media assets to website banners, leaflets, posters or large scale printing and media adverts
- Lead and develop the design of core creative assets for marketing materials for tangible usage across all channels, while also creating brand guidelines to accompany the usage of such assets when used by partners or internal teams
- Ensure projects are completed on time and drive brand alignment and consistency across all assets
- Contribute with ideas and creative solutions to improve existing assets and bring in designs trends and learnings from past campaigns to develop business objectives and KPI’s
- Develop video content where necessary for use across digital channels, including capturing and editing footage
- Capture imagery for use in collaterals and designs
- Ensure all partners brands guidelines are always adhered in collaboration with their designs and approval team

**Essential Criteria**
- Previous experience in graphic design or creative
- Advanced level knowledge in using InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
- Mac & computer literate, with knowledge of the entire Adobe suite, Microsoft Office, IMovie
- High standard of written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail
- Good time management and prioritisation skills
- Proactive, innovative thinker
- Flexible and agile with strong team ethic, can do attitude and great interpersonal skills

**Desirable Criteria**
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript for digital ads
- Knowledge of Premier Pro
- Previous experience in the Travel & Tourism / Attraction industry
