Care Co-ordinator for Supported Living

Job description
- Carrying out administrative activities such as auditing and rostering
- Supporting the day-to-day running of the supported living scheme and ensuring compliance with all requirements of CQC via rostering, recording and reporting
- Manage carers and care services for a supported living scheme.
- Carry out care assessments/ reviews on both existing and new care packages.
- Provide management for a team of care workers.
- Provide care whilst maintaining dignity and promoting independence service users as required.
- Implement action to meet and maintain Care Standards
- Carry out risk assessments, induct new staff, carry out audits, schedule care rotas.
- Record relevant activities in care logs and care plans.
- Administer medication.
- Work as part of a team
- Reporting to the Registered Manager
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of two years’ experience within the care industry
- Passion for caring
- Computer literate & proficient with Microsoft Office
- Must be computer literate hands-on experience in rostering; staff management and carrying out care assessments.
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Empathetic individual who holds great interpersonal skills
- Full UK drivers’ licence
- Experience of providing care in a supported living scheme
- Must be computer literate and have angle to demonstrate an understanding of rostering; staff management and carrying out care assessments.

**Job Type**: Zero hours contract
**Salary**: £12.00-£12.47 per hour
