Hours to be worked a minimum of 3 mornings a week (set days to be discussed at interview) i.e. 3 days at 5 hours
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, efficient, flexible, friendly, and reliable person who will have responsibility for the efficient and secure administration of the Education Health Care Plans (EHCP).
The role involves co-ordinating the EHCP diary, booking review meetings and liaising with parents, outside agencies, and with the senior leader responsible. The role includes creating the draft annual review paperwork and ensuring deadlines are meet, which are set by the local authority, and the statutory requirements set in the SEN code of practice.
Previous school office experience would be an advantage but not essential as training will be provided.
