About with Friends is a Cromer based charity working with young people and adults with learning disabilities, some of whom may also have physical or sensory disabilities or behaviours that challenge.

Our aim is to support our members in living the life of their choice, developing skills and confidence for independence and to gain friendships within their local community.

Our Outreach team provides support to members to live in the community and you will be required to aid in a range of tasks including budgeting, cooking, health appointments, trips out in the community and much more.

Overall purpose of the job: We are seeking an enthusiastic support worker to join our team and provide flexible cover for the About with Friends Outreach Service, being responsible for the identified support needs of individual adult members. Within this role, you will be required to do some form of personal care and all applicants must have a full UK driving licence.

This 30 hour post will be split over 5 days Monday - Sunday and includes 1-2 sleep-ins per week paid at £80.19 per shift. Hours based on a two week rolling rota, working alternate weekends which will include some early mornings and evenings.
