Location: Gnatta, Imperial House 79-81, Hornby Street, Bury, BL9 5BN (Temporary Remote Working due to Covid-19).

**Salary**: £24-32k dependent on experience plus OTE

Manager: Chief Commercial Officer

Start Date: ASAP

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Overview**

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Generate leads through multiple data sources via outbound communication
- Convert these leads into website sign ups
- Arrange demos with members of our sales team where required

**Role Details**

This is a full-time role combining remote working with office days at our head office in Bury, Greater Manchester. The role will begin with a 3-month probation period.

**PERSON SPECIFICATION**

**Essential Skills**
- Experience in generating leads and booking appointment via outbound comms
- Experience in a performance-based role and the ability to work to pre-agreed targets
- Experience in utilising data to create target lists
- Exceptional communication skills
- Tenacity and an ability to spot new opportunities

**Desired Skills**
- Experience in a similar role in a B2B environment (ideally SaaS)
- Passionate, energetic and full of innovative commercial ideas
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation software

Gnatta started out life as a development project for our sister company, FM Outsource Ltd. The software was initially designed to be used by our team of advisors as they provided exceptional customer care for clients of all shapes and sizes.

Following interest from external organisations, we quickly realised that the software had vast potential of its own, so we separated Gnatta from the core business and built the company that is here today.

**What Gnatta Does**

Gnatta is a SaaS business, supplying software to companies of all sizes. Our product range consists of a series of tools that facilitate communication across both B2B and B2C organisations. Whether these are customers contacting retailers about an order,an internal department contacting a warehouse to chase a delivery, or even a HR/Finance department using it to respond to Payroll queries from colleagues - Gnatta covers all the bases.

Think about all those times you’ve called a company, jumped on a webchat, or battered a brand publicly on Twitter. Gnatta makes sense of all this and brings it together so, as a business, you get a view of the entire customer conversation. Customers currentlyusing the software include ASOS, Gymshark, Superdrug, OVO Energy, Swinton Insurance, and more.
