**Overview of the Recruitment Sales Trainer**:
Working across multiple sectors you will work closely with senior managers and directors to assess training needs, as well as designing training plans to support and assist recruitment consultants in achieving their targets and business goals. Adopting a blendedapproach to learning you will deliver both in person and virtual training.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering face to face and virtual training and coaching sessions
- Training delivery of our Academy programme
- One-to-one desk coaching
- Conducting training needs analysis and prepare tailored training plans for individuals
- Designing training sessions to be delivered to individuals and groups
- Creating content for the online learning platform
- Conducting refresher and remedial training sessions as needed

- Proven track record of successful billing in a sales environment

- Mentoring or coaching experience is beneficial
