As a Customer Service Representative, you will be at the heart of our operations, delivering exceptional service while assisting customers in their journey with our clients. You’ll take ownership of client relationships, resolve inquiries, and play a key role in the success of various marketing campaigns. Your communication skills and problem-solving abilities will be put to the test as you:

- Act as a primary point of contact for customers, providing top-notch support
- Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure the highest quality of service
- Maintain and build lasting relationships with clients by addressing their needs and expectations
- Provide feedback and insights on customer trends to help improve strategies
