As a Customer Service Representative focused on Sales & Marketing, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their needs are met while actively promoting our products and services. You will leverage your expertise in communication and sales techniques to drive brand awareness, increase customer engagement, and help meet business growth goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Promote and upsell products/services to current and potential customers.
- Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to drive sales.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Achieve performance targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in customer service, sales, or marketing (not required).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and resolve issues effectively.
- Ability to upsell and cross-sell products in a customer-centric manner.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work independently or in a team.
- Sales-driven mindset with a passion for marketing.

Pay: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
