Personal Assistant

Duties:
- Provide administrative support to the employer, including managing calendars, creating daily social media content, scheduling appointments, and organising meetings.
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is stocked and in working order.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations as needed.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
- Conduct research and gather information on various topics as requested.
Qualifications:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Must have experience in working as a PA.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Proficient in clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office or Google Suite for document preparation and editing.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: From £12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 27 per week
