**Full Job Description**: **We are taking part in the national 4-Day Working Week - 3-day weekend, EVERY weekend** **Job Title**:Senior HR Advisor **Location**: Office-based (Bolton) **Contract Type**: Permanent, Full Time **Salary**: Up to £35,000 per annum **About the Role** Could you be our Senior HR Advisor? Outcomes First Group is on the lookout for an experienced HR professional to come and join our People Services growing team. As our Senior HR Advisor, you will play a leading role within Outcomes First Group. Reporting to the HR Business Partner, our Senior HR Advisor will be an expert in providing best practice, consistent, and first-class ER advice, and guidance to key stakeholders in the business. You’ll be part of a collaborative team and will work to deliver change projects, implement new ways of working, and provide case management support to managers and employees, working through complex processes and dealing with enquiries in line with policies. **To be successful in this role you will need**: - Substantial HR generalist experience - CIPD qualified with significant depth and breadth of generalist HR experience - Experience in multiple complex case management across the breadth of ER-related issues. - Proven and demonstratable experience in understanding and communicating HR legislation, policy, and employment law to a range of stakeholders. - The ability to gain credibility with stakeholders and influence best practice decision making.
