Senior HR Advisor / HR Manager

Reading (REF 538) Multi Site role, 9-12 month FTC
Up to £50K & Car Allowance & 33 days Holiday (pro Rata)

We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor looking to really develop their CV over the next year This role will allow you to make that step up into a HRM and build confidence working for a big UK brand You'll be joining a vibrant andlong term team of experienced HR individuals.
This HR Generalist role will report into the HR Director and you will be the 1st point of call for all complex ER related cases. This role includes travel to all sites across the designated region for our client for most ER meetings. You will be an experiencedand passionate ER specialist dealing with high volume and with lots of complex cases.

The role also includes leading training workshops across the sites, keeping on top of monthly KPI's and working with the administrator for all documentation.

Essential Criteria:

- CIPD Level 5
- Vast experience of ER related caseload and complex cases
- Experience with high volume ER caseload
- Multi-site experience (Desirable)
- Ability to manage own workload and travel requirements
- Valid EU/UK Driving Licence
