**Job Overview**

This role requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills, as well as proficiency in various marketing tools and platforms.

The Marketing Assistant will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand presence and driving engagement across multiple channels particularly in social media channels.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility.
- Manage social media accounts, creating engaging content and monitoring interactions.
- Support project management efforts by coordinating tasks and timelines for marketing projects.
- Utilise Adobe Photoshop for designing graphics and promotional materials.
- Maintain and update the company website using shopify, ensuring content is current and relevant.
- Analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics, providing insights for optimisation.
- Collaborate with the sales team on B2B marketing initiatives to drive lead generation.
- Prepare reports using Microsoft Excel to track marketing metrics and performance.
- Assist in managing Google Ads campaigns to maximise reach and effectiveness.

**Qualifications**
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
- Experience or knowledge of SEO techniques is highly desirable.
- Previous experience in project management is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of IT principles related to digital marketing tools is beneficial.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
- Strong time management skills to prioritise workload efficiently.
- Leadership qualities that contribute positively to team dynamics are preferred.
