The team of 17 marketers will continue to help you grow your skills to new heights Your goal as a Marketing Assistant will be to support the marketing team. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing while contributing to our company's growth. The team is obsessed with being better every single day, and they do this by sharing their expertise and collaborating to achieve data-driven results.

**HOW YOU WILL SPEND YOUR TIME**
- Support in the planning and execution of team events
- Maintain internal databases, including our UGC creator hub
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities
- Manage multiple internal & external projects, including UGC creator coms
- Actively participating in team meetings
- Provide administrative support across the business

**WHO YOU ARE**
- You have strong written and communication skills
- You have the drive to learn all the time and solve any problem that’s thrown at you
- You have an eye for detail and ensure that your work is of the highest quality
- You are organised and are able to manage multiple projects at once to meet all deadlines
- You are a self-starter and able to motivate yourself without others
- You are interested in marketing and learning more about various aspects of digital marketing

**INTERVIEW PROCESS**

Stage 1: Jump on a call with our team that will last 30 minutes

Stage 2: Short assignment to see your skillset and your style of working

Stage 3: Call with Lewis Lindsay (founder of Public Nectar) to hear all about the insights from the team

**Salary**: £16,000.00-£20,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dorset, BH13 7LE: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Digital marketing: 1 year (preferred)
- Marketing: 1 year (preferred)
