Due to continuing growth and development of Merlin’s attractions and brands on a global scale, we are looking for a **Ticket and Merchandising Coordinator** to join our Strategy team. This role will be based at our London Cluster Office - County Hall office and reports into the Revenue Management Strategic Project Lead on a permanent basis.

**About the Role...**

We're on the hunt for a Ticketing & Merchandising Coordinator to join our team In this role, you'll be responsible for executing the rollout of Midway Revenue projects across all regions and territories, building and scaling test and learns across the entire estate. You'll work closely with the Revenue Projects lead to prioritize the delivery of all revenue tests and central projects.

As our Ticketing & Merchandising Coordinator, you'll utilise your knowledge of the admissions system to deliver packaging and pricing changes effectively and efficiently, in line with the prioritisation roadmap and within an SLA. You'll champion consistent solutions and administration of the admissions system, communicating the approach and progress of delivery to all key stakeholders.

**About You...**
- You will have strong knowledge & experience of the Accesso Admissions System pivotal to role
- Demonstrate attention to detail and experience
- You will have prior experience in delivering wide ranging priorities and managing multiple stakeholders
- You will use effective communication which is essential for this role
- You will have an impressive record of achievement within an organisation which utilises Accesso
- Leisure/Entertainment experience is desirable but not necessary
