My client is a face-paced commercial FT-100 intelligence consulting company undergoing increased digital changes and looking for an experienced Global lead for all P2P aspects to aid them. This will include coordinatiing the P2P delivery teams globally to ensurethat all aspects of the project are supported, including:

- data requests
- TSA requirements
- UAT testing
- Transfers of P2P operations into new company codes and banks
- Ensuring that resourcing requirements for the delivery teams are understood and submitted into the programme

**Qualifications**
- Strong academic background
- Must have several years' experience of managing a large complex P2P team across several sites, preferably with a mix of retained and outsourced teams.
- Experience of managing and governing BPO delivery from a centralised and outsourced finance shared service function
- desirable, not essential
- In depth knowledge and understanding of SSC processes and how these fit into the wider environment
- Excellent knowledge of working in global business environment with sound understanding of global process and transactional flows
- Knowledge of dealing with mergers, acquisitions and disposals
- Excellent knowledge of lean, Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies preferred
- Proven experience driving optimum performance of all colleagues concentrating on both technical and soft skill development.
- Solid planning and prioritisation skills to maintain and improve performance metrics.
- Proven talent management experience with solid examples of succession planning and developing a team of mixed skill levels.
- Immersive and impactful presentation skills
- Qualified Accountant - desirable, not essential
