**The role includes, but is not limited to**:

- Completing the marketing planners for each dealership, set to brand standards and guidelines, along with our budget and strategy, for all departments
- Updating Centre websites
- Social media strategy, implementation, competitor analysis and customer service
- CRM management
- Google PPC and GDN
- Product placement planning, booking and attendance
- Centre Events promotion
- Maintaining relationships with local charities, including the Dougie Mac Hospice and Stoke City FC Community Trust
- Responding to mystery shops online
- Attending regional Marketing Manager events hosted by the manufacturers
- Creating vehicle launch plans and giving presentations to the manufacturers, to go over our local strategy
- Submitting evidence of all marketing activity with the costings and results to the brands

We’re looking for someone who is creative, analytical, competitive, and with an ever-learning attitude. You’ll be expected to keep up with industry and local news, and to dedicate time to developing the best understanding of each brand as possible, to representthem well across all local marketing activities.
