His London salon opened in 2017 and are now also offering variety of beauty treatments.
- Shadi Salon looking for a bright enthusiastic person who will have the opportunity to learn and assist in all aspects of assisting in our busy salon. The range of duties will include, supporting in reception duties and social media managing.
- Developing social media strategies with the aim of increasing brand awareness and customer engagement
- Creating captivating content for an organisation’s social media sites, which may include writing blogs, articles, posts and multimedia content
- Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and digital technologies
- Applicants must have good customer service abilities and a good verbal communication skills in English language. Be of a friendly nature and a desire to please.
- Previous hairdressing experience an advantage. We are specifically looking for a person with a happy disposition and who enjoys being part of a friendly successful team.
- Ensure day-to-day salon operations run smoothly
- Chat with customers, learn their preferences and build good relationships
- Prepare weekly and monthly revenue reports
- Organize trainings for new hairstylists and receptionists
- Providing diary management and being on top of reception duties
- Offer discounts to loyal customers
- Advertise our services on social media
- Gather feedback from our clients and make sure they have a pleasant experience in our salon
- Recommend seasonal promotions and discount packages to increase our clientele

Schedule:

- 8-9 hour shift
- Day shift
