**Who are we looking for?**

Burton and South Derbyshire College are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic and committed lecturer to join their Fashion and Textiles department. You should be able to bring your industry and/or teaching experiences into this fast evolving area. You willdemonstrate an ability to motivate students and work as part of a team to engage and build relationships with our external organisations, institutions and individuals.

This post involves day-to-day course leadership including management of learners, planning, assessment, attendance, achievement, work placements and success. You will be key in contributing to the continued successful learner recruitment to the course, andensure an excellent learner experience.
