**Who are we looking for?**

We are looking to recruit a talented Catering and Hospitality Course Leader to join our current Hospitality department at Burton and South Derbyshire College. Ideal for someone wanting to explore a teaching career, but still be a Chef.

The successful applicant will be an accomplished Chef who can produce a wide range of outstanding food, and can teach, motivate and inspire learners to achieve the same, ideally with experience of delivering professional cookery qualifications.

About you
- Previous experience within culinary education or cookery school is desirable
- Confidence and charisma
- Teaching, tutoring or mentoring experience is desirable
- Possess an interactive and engaging teaching style
- Good interpersonal skills when and willing to work as part of a team
- Budgeting and costing awareness is desirable
