**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise daily shipping operations, ensuring that all shipments are processed accurately and efficiently.
- Obtaining quotes from Suppliers and arranging freight
- Coordinate with logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Communication with Customers giving details of the shipments, flight, vessel details, courier details and ETA prior to and post shipment
- Preparing Letter of Credit where applicable, including all the necessary documents completed following the rule.
- Bank forms to be completed and sent with correct documentation for any outward bill movements
- Prepare shipping documentation and maintain accurate records of shipments.
- Troubleshoot any shipping issues that arise and develop solutions to improve processes.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as production and sales, to align shipping schedules with business needs.
- Create Invoices to Customers
- Flexibility to assist with work in other administrative duties

**Skills**
- Proven experience within a shipping or logistics environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective team collaboration.
- Proficiency in using shipping software and technology for tracking shipments and managing inventory.
- Experience in Sage Accounts and Excel spreadsheets
- Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in all aspects of shipping operations.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to shipping operations is advantageous.

Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
