We are looking to hire an undergraduate student to work a
**rotational placement**
***within our in-house Talent Acquisition team.

The role of Sourcing Recruiter is varied; one day you could be working with your Recruitment Lead sourcing new potential talent for our Advantage Smollan business across multiple brands; the next day you could be expanding your knowledge, developing and driving social media recruitment marketing channels

You will work closely with our recruitment team across the UK & Europe, allowing you to develop knowledge and skills across various elements of recruitment, selection, attraction and employer branding.

**The role with involve**:

- Utilise professional media platforms such as LinkedIn - alongside utilising careers site and job board advertising channels.
- Develop, create and implement social media content to engage with the target audience.
- Communicate and build relationships with shareholders.
