**Internal Recruiter - 12 Months Maternity Cover**
**Location**: Hybrid (Winnersh RG41 5TP + Remote) | Travel: 2-3 days/month
**Salary**: £23,000 to £28,000 per annum + Benefits + Huge Learning Potential

Join Advantage Smollan's powerhouse recruitment team on a 12-month maternity leave cover that’s anything but just a stopgap. You’ll be front and centre in sourcing and engaging top talent for some of the UK’s biggest and most exciting FMCG and field marketing clients-think high-volume, high-energy, and high-visibility.

**What You’ll Do**
- Take the reins on fast-paced, high-impact hiring projects across sales, field, and operational roles
- Find brilliant people and connect them to careers that build the future of UK retail and FMCG
- Innovate processes, shape employer branding, and keep our ATS singing
- Partner with hiring managers, bring them insights, and deliver results that matter
- Travel to our HQ and key client sites around 2-3 times a month for relationship-building and strategy sessions

**What You Bring**
- A passion for people, pace, and possibility
- Experience in recruitment (agency, in-house, or RPO - we’re open) OR the tenacity and drive to step up and learn fast
- Great communication skills and a flair for engagement
- Strong organisational instincts with a creative streak for problem-solving
